The older I get the less tolerance I have for blue light. No matter if I am on my phone for personal use, my computer for work, or playing video games on my TV I always have to deal with the issues that come from blue light.

The pair that I have is unisex and can look great with anyone no matter how they identify. I love black frames and these don't disappoint. They aren't super thin or overly chunky, for me they are the right thickness. Over all I really like these and I think everyone should own a pair of blue light filtering glasses.

I took the plunge and googled what happened when you were exposed to blue light for a period of time, or a long period of time. I recommend you have a look at it yourself. I found my info on preventblindness.org
