I just realized that I never posted about our potato soup made with Swanson Cream Starter traditional. That was the best potato soup I have ever made. I followed the instructions on the package and it was AWESOME. It would make the perfect get better soup, welcome home baby meal, girl night in soup or just an average night home soup. I can not believe I didn't upload the photo's from that meal and I have a new phone now, I could just kick myself. It really was a great meal and it is something I plan to make in the future!

Campbell's Beer & Cheese

So I gifted my friend Mallary the Campbell's Beer & Cheese with beef and bacon to try. She said it was okay until she added a scoop of sour cream and then it became the BEST THING EVER!

The last 3 night of my #DiscoverCampbells sampling . . .

First of three nights was the New Prego Light Homestyle Alfredo sauce! My husband took it upon himself to make pasta chicken alfredo for dinner and it was FANTASTIC! The sauce was delightful and you couldn't even tell it was light. I really like that we got half the amount of fact compared to other brands and didn't take a hit in taste. It was so good that the WHOLE family, even my picky oldest, ate every last bit. The baby loves anything with sauce, noodles and chicken, so it was a given that she would love this meal. She ate all of it and asked "more, more!" A great sauce that will be making another appearance in our house soon.

Second night we turned Campbell's soups for easy Cooking Savory Portobello Mushroom into a gravy and ate it over chicken friend steak and mashed potatoes with a side corn. All we did was add flour to the cooking oil then poured in the soup, brought to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes. My husband loved it! He poured it over everything and ate every last piece. I did like it but I am not a big portobello fan but it did taste good with the steak and potatoes. The oldest however didn't like it and wouldn't try it more than once. So this one may not make an appearance back in our house anytime soon but it would be worth trying another way.

Last but defiantly not least was the Campbell's great for cooking Creamy Poblano & Queso. OH MY GOSH . . . we made the chicken enchilada recipe form Campbellskitchen.com (I was going to link the recipe but when I went back it had been removed/moved luckily I took a screen shoot and will add it below). This is a must is our house from now one. EVERYONE loved it and kept saying how great it was and that we needed to do more things like that for dinner, that the wouldn't mind having it again 2 or 3 times a month. I was very easy to make and the Creamy Pobalno & Queso is well worth the buy and it will be a must from now on. Highly recommend this product for everyone to try!!!!!!!

Over all this has been a fantastic sampling experience and we will be eating more Campbell's products in the future.
