Second night we turned Campbell's soups for easy Cooking Savory Portobello Mushroom into a gravy and ate it over chicken friend steak and mashed potatoes with a side corn. All we did was add flour to the cooking oil then poured in the soup, brought to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes. My husband loved it! He poured it over everything and ate every last piece. I did like it but I am not a big portobello fan but it did taste good with the steak and potatoes. The oldest however didn't like it and wouldn't try it more than once. So this one may not make an appearance back in our house anytime soon but it would be worth trying another way.
Last but defiantly not least was the Campbell's great for cooking Creamy Poblano & Queso. OH MY GOSH . . . we made the chicken enchilada recipe form Campbellskitchen.com (I was going to link the recipe but when I went back it had been removed/moved luckily I took a screen shoot and will add it below). This is a must is our house from now one. EVERYONE loved it and kept saying how great it was and that we needed to do more things like that for dinner, that the wouldn't mind having it again 2 or 3 times a month. I was very easy to make and the Creamy Pobalno & Queso is well worth the buy and it will be a must from now on. Highly recommend this product for everyone to try!!!!!!!
Over all this has been a fantastic sampling experience and we will be eating more Campbell's products in the future.
